About Bettney Roofing

Bettney Roofing has grown to a team of experienced roofers, having been originally founded by Colin Bettney in 1983.

Colin began his roofing career aged 16 with a five-year apprenticeship at Marley Contract Services. During his apprenticeship, Colin learned all aspects of the roofing trade while working with clients and architects on major contracts nationwide.

After completing his training aged 21, Colin continued to work for Marley Contract Services on a self-employed basis. Colin decided to form his own company, Bettney Roofing, in 1983, building a large customer base throughout the UK and completing projects as far afield as France.

Bettney Roofing is now one of the most established roofing companies in East Yorkshire. Much of our large customer base was achieved by recommendations and referrals, which we believe is testament to our excellent reputation in the roofing industry.
